On the Easel: Egret painting......

I spent most of the afternoon touching up the egret and painting our hero, the blue hummingbird....Tuesday, I will finish her and begin placing the "seeds of doubt" where they need to be. What is all this? In short, she tells the egret the key to overcoming the seeds of doubt....

Oooh...I need a blue hummingbird, I think! This is turning out beautiful Tracey. I like the feel of movement in this painting.

How awesome is this Tracey! I just read a passage in The Artist's Way about self doubts today. What a coincidence!

And I just find this painting so very captivating. Happy to see you are well enough to be painting with a passion again!

I love how your images makes me think and dream and wonder. The bonus is that they are so beautiful on top of all those aforementioned virtues!

This is coming along wonderfully, Tracey! I'm glad you are back to doing some painting and getting some of those dreams and visions of yours on to canvas!

Tracey,
This painting is amazing, I was up at 5:45 this morning and looked out to see an Egret in my back yard stepping gingerly into our pond in hopes of finding a fish for breakfast... then to see this posted.. somehow seems there must be a message. Glad you are able to paint again.

What a wonderful combination, Tracey!

I love the concept of the hummingbird "whispering" to the egret.

Another striking piece! Don't forget to show us the complete version!
