Artomatic and "Pen"

Artomatic blog and yours truly. We install tomorrow, so I will have photos up ASAP.

In closing a depressing week being alone with my cold, bags of lozenges and Kleenex, and without painting, I got a call from a patron yesterday inquiring about "Pen" and she has now been sold. Thankful for such a wonder and for health, which I enjoy 99.9 percent of the time.

Thanks to my artist family for all the get-wells and encouragements. You all mean the world...

Tracey, Mona sent me an email mentioning you. I love your work. Hope you don't mind if I follow your blog. I live in Ashburn, VA - not far from you in D.C.

Hey Tracey,

Congrats on the sale of Pen. She is beautiful, of course, as is all of your work that I have seen. I'm sure you feel a certain bit of sadness as she 'leaves', but there is joy in knowing she is headed for a new home.

Looking forward to pics of Artomatic. May that venue bring great success your way.

As others have stated, congrats on the sale of "Pen".

This one looks awesome!

The orange-red bill pops amidst all the blacks.

As always....dramatic, dark, and moody.

The cracked surface near the bird's beak just screams Tracey Clarke to me.
